parties, nor will Brokerlive use any of your contact information for spam purposes. You may

Personal Information received from Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only

Some of your Personal Information may be collected by Third Parties (for example, suppliers
assigned to a job) on the Brokerlive platform. This information may include your name,
company position, and contact details attached to a user profile in the Brokerlive system.
This is used for communication and user identification by Brokerlive users. Brokerlive does
not take any responsibility for the use of Personal Information retrieved by authorised
Brokerlive users and Third Parties within the Brokerlive system.

Security of Personal Information

Brokerlive employs a wide array of security measures to keep your Personal Information safe
and secure. Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it
from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. The
Brokerlive platform uses 128-bit digital encryption and runs on the latest hardware and
software provided by our trusted hosting partners. Client and billing information is stored
securely, by us, on encrypted servers at our secure premises.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was
obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal
Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files
which will be safely and securely kept by us for a minimum of 7 years as per local laws.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct
it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please
contact us in writing or via email.

Brokerlive will never charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an
administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect
your Personal Information as best we can, we may require identification from you before
releasing the requested information.

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable
steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate and complete. If you find that
